Within the framework of the 67th Assembly of the Latin American Federation of Magistrates (FLAM) and the Annual Meeting of the Ibero-American Group of the International Union of Magistrates (UIM), which was held in Brasilia (DF), Brazil, from 15 to April 19, Diego García-Sayan, dedicated a special message to the FAM.
Diego García-Sayán is the Special Rapporteur for the United Nations on the Independence of Magistrates and Lawyers, former President of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
