Judicial Independence
Article 121. The courts are independent and are subject only to the laws.
Attorney General’s Office
Article 130. 1. The Public Prosecutor’s Office oversees the rule of law, represents the public and social interest in the courts and is in charge of the penal system. 2. The Public Prosecutor’s Office is organized as a hierarchical structure under the direction of the Attorney-General of the Republic.
