Judicial Independence
Article 17. […] Federal and local laws shall provide the necessary means to guarantee the independence of the courts and the full enforcement of their rulings.[…]. Article 100. The law shall create the basis to provide training and updating to the public officials, as well as to the development of the judicial career, which shall be governed by the principles of excellence, objectivity, impartiality, professionalism and independence. Judicial Council or Parallel Institution
Article 94. The Federal Judicial Council shall deal with matters of administration, supervision and discipline for Mexican federal judges, except for the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, according to the provisions established by law.
Attorney General’s Office
Article 102 A. The Public Prosecution Service shall be organized by an Office of the Attorney General as an autonomous public organ with legal personality and endowed with its own patrimony.
