Judicial Council or Parallel Institution
Article 84. […] Before the Public Service Commission or any other person or authority exercises its powers under this section to appoint to or to act in any public office any person who holds or is acting in any office the power to make appointments to which is vested by this Constitution in the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, the Public Service Commission or that person or authority shall consult with the Judicial and Legal Services Commission.
Attorney General’s Office
Article 70. Attorney-General 1. There shall be an Attorney-General who shall be the principal legal adviser to the Government of Grenada. 2. The office of Attorney-General shall be either a public office or the office of a Minister. 3. At any time when the office of Attorney-General is a public office the same person may, if qualified, be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI of this Constitution to hold or act in the office of Attorney-General and the office of Director of Public Prosecutions.
