Judicial Independence
Article 173. The courts and tribunals shall constitute a separate power and shall be independent of other branches of power.
Judicial Council or Parallel Institution
Article 186. 1. The National Council of the Judiciary shall safeguard the independence of courts and judges. 2. The National Council of the Judiciary may make application to the Constitutional Tribunal regarding the conformity to the Constitution of normative acts to the extent to which they relate to the independence of courts and judges.
